2. Cable TV Channel Availability & TRAI Compliance

• Channel lineups, bouquets, pricing, and à la carte availability are subject to periodic modifications in accordance with the regulations issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the respective television broadcasters.
• Multivision acts as an authorized local distribution operator for SITI Networks Limited and GTPL Hathway. Any temporary blackouts, copyright restrictions, or frequency changes made directly by upstream broadcasters are beyond our direct control.

3. Broadband Speeds & Wi-Fi Performance

• All advertised broadband plans (e.g., 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 150 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps) reflect full symmetrical speed delivered directly to the Ethernet LAN port of the Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
• Actual wireless Wi-Fi speeds on subscriber devices may vary depending on device hardware limitations (Wi-Fi 4 vs Wi-Fi 5/6), wireless frequency band (2.4 GHz vs 5.0 GHz), physical distance from the router, and wall/concrete obstructions within customer premises.

4. Third-Party OTT Applications

Complimentary or bundled OTT subscriptions (such as Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Hoichoi, SunNXT) included in selected SITI Broadband packages are provided subject to the respective third-party OTT platform's terms of service and content availability in India. Multivision does not host or control the content streamed through these external applications.
