2. Installation Timelines
- Standard Booking: Completed within 4 to 24 hours from initial request confirmation.
- Express Same-Day Setup: For orders booked before 2:00 PM in primary areas (Patpur, Hari Mandir, Machantala, Kenduadihi), our technicians install and activate the connection on the same day.
- Scheduled Time-Slot: Customers may choose a preferred installation window during booking.

- Issue official physical Customer Application Form (CAF) receipt and digital activation SMS.
